- 360g cereal flour
- 200g Manitoba flour
- 7g salt
- 3g sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 240g warm water
- 15g olive oil
- 4g turmeric
Put the warm water and the yeast in a bowl with the sugar (or honey if you have).
Add the flour a little at a time with the oil and at the last moment the salt.
You should knead the mix for a few minutes with your hands or with the kneader, put in a bowl cover with a film o a rag.
Put in a warm place for about 3 hours. This due the high amount of Manitoba that speedup the leavening, if you can wait for a bit more time you can exchange a bit of Manitoba with standard flour.
A good example of a condiment that can enhance the dough is mozzarella, zucchini flowers and shrimp.
