pecorino cheese, grapes and green olives skewers


  • 8 wooden toothpicks
  • 300g slice of pecorino cheese
  • 16 big green olives
  • 8 grains of grapes
  • olive oil with red pepper
  • black pepper


Cut the pecorino into cubes of about 1-2 centimetres side, collect them in a bowl, season with a drizzle of oil flavoured with chilli and a pinch of freshly ground pepper. Put a cheese cube, an olive, a cheese cube, a grape, a cheese cube and an olive into each sword. So on until all the ingredients have been used up. Transfer the swords on the serving plate, garnish with flowers in a contrasting color.
